Can you look after a website you did not build?

Yes. We review it first, and if it needs fixes before we can maintain it, we tell you up front.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is separate. We can recommend or arrange hosting in your name.

What if I need more than two hours of edits?

Extra work is quoted separately before we start.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Website Care is monthly and you can cancel with one month’s notice.

Do I get access to backups?

Yes. Backups are kept for you and can be shared on request.
